While we make every effort to keep our inventory updated, errors in stock status may occur. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and offer alternatives, a backorder option, or a refund.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.
We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice due to market changes, supplier costs, or errors.
Payment must be made in full before order processing and shipping.
Our payment methods are Bank Transfer, Western Union, Moneygram, Zelle, Venmo and Apple Pay. Other methods may be available upon request.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Domestic USA shipping takes an estimated 3 to 7 business days.
International shipping takes an estimated 7 to 14 business days depending on location, method, and customs.
We ship via trusted carriers including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS.
Shipping times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
All shipments are insured and trackable.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all packaging and documents.
Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days after inspection and approval.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

6. Warranty

New parts carry a 12 month warranty.
Used parts carry a 90 day warranty unless otherwise stated.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects and fitment issues only.
Exclusions include normal wear and tear, improper installation, accidents, or misuse.
To file a warranty claim, contact support@topengineautoparts.shop with your order number, photos, and issue details.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited strictly to the purchase price of the product.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility and correct installation of purchased parts.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA for US customers and the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates for UAE customers.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the respective jurisdiction.
