We ship from two major logistics hubs for maximum efficiency:

  • Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE): Convenient for customers across the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Europe.
  • Charlotte, North Carolina, USA: Ideal for customers in North America, South America, and the Caribbean.

Orders are shipped from the nearest available warehouse to reduce costs and delivery times.


Processing Time

All orders are processed, packed, and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.


Estimated Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping methods to meet the needs of both retail and wholesale customers:

  • Domestic USA Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.
  • International Express (Air Freight): 7–14 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance).
  • International Economy (Sea Cargo): 25–45 business days (ideal for bulk orders, subject to port schedules and clearance times).

Air freight is recommended for urgent orders, while sea cargo offers the most cost-effective solution for large or heavy shipments.

Shipping Terms (Incoterms)

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all international orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. This means:

  • We cover shipping and insurance until the order reaches your destination country.
  • The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or local clearance fees in their country.

For wholesale or bulk shipments, we also support FOB (Free on Board) and CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) terms upon request. Please contact our logistics team for custom shipping arrangements.


Customs & Import Duties

  • Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in our product or shipping prices.
  • These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • We provide all necessary documentation (invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels) to facilitate smooth customs clearance.

Tracking & Updates

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with:

  • Your tracking number
  • A link to monitor real-time updates
  • Estimated delivery dates
